Well, without a medical examination, it is difficult to give you an accurate answer in this situation. Are you on your period when you are having intercourse? If you are starting your period, or somehwere in the bleeding part of your cycle, there can be blood present during intercourse and this would be normal. Were you a virgin before you started having sex with your boyfriend? Sometimes, if a woman is a virgin, she may bleed during her first intercourse. This can be caused by the breaking of the hymen, a thin layer of membrane that covers the vaginal opening. Some women break the hymen while engaging in exercise, or riding a bicycle and do not experience bleeding during their first sexual experiences. Is the intercourse rough? Is your partner thrusting really hard when he goes into your vagina? Sometimes sex of this kind can break mucous membranes in the vagina and cause bleeding. If none of these situations apply to you, there may be some medical problem, and you may want to have a doctor check it out to make sure there is no other problems. Good luck to you.
