It is impossible for me to say for sure but it seems unlikely that you could have gotten pregnant from wiping your vagina with a hand that might have had sperm on it. If the sperm had been deposited directly into your vagina obviously the chances would be high.
You will not know for sure until you get your next period. Be sure to use condoms next time. Always have them handy. Do not assume that your boyfriend has them but buy your own. You may even talk to your physician about other forms of birth control such as birth control pills.
