Question:
Hi there doctor, i have an urgent matter and i really need your help because I do not know who to turn to right now. Here's the situation - My girl friend and I were naked and we were fooling around. We kept switching positions and i fear that there might be some pre-cum fluid around and got on her. I did not ejaculate during or before the sex play. By the way my girl friend just had her period around 9 days ago, I was wondering if she might be pregnant? Please help me on this issue, i'm really very worried.

Thank you for your question. From your description, it is hard to know how much at risk she is for being pregnant. If you are counting that her period started nine days before (i.e. day one of the period is the first day of the cycle) then introduction of any sperm could be risky. You didn't say what you were doing in fooling around so it is hard to know if there was a risk but usually if there is no ejaculation, there isn't much, if any, sperm in pre-cum so it isn't likely that she could get pregnant.

Thanks for asking the question and feel free to ask others if you want to know more.
