Thanks for writing in and I understand your concern. It is EXTREMELY RARE that one could get pregnant the way you describe. Unfortunately, many people try to overplay the EXTREMELY RARE possibility of pregnancy happening without intercourse. Please check through my archives (particularly the previous question I answered) for more detailed information.
It's very common to have irregular periods at your age and I seriously doubt that your missed period had anything to do with what happened between you and your boyfriend (unless you were severly stressed - which can affect your periods). If you want to make absolutely sure, consider taking a home pregnancy test. I feel quite sure that it will turn out to be negative.
